Great Recipes for Kids

Here are some super Recipes for baby and toddler foods, and lots of fun play stuff! I'll try to keep adding things in as I come across them!

1 c. yogurt                    2 t orange juice
1/2 c. pureed strawberries     1/4 c. mashed bananas
4 t lemonade

Stir all ingredients, and pour into popsicle molds. Let freeze, 
and enjoy!

2 T shortening                 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg                          1 t baking powder
1 1/2 t vanilla                1 t water
1 1/2 c. baby cereal

Cream shortening and sugar. Ad eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and water.
Mix until welll blended. Gradually add baby cereal. Knead until smooth
Pat into bars, and bake 20-30 minutes at 300 degrees.

1/2 c milk                      2 T sugar
1 t vanilla                     2 ziplock bags- 1 lg, 1 sm

Combine milk vanilla and sugar in small bag. Place sealed bag into 
large bag along with ice. Shake until ice cream is the cosistancy 
that you desire. Serve with fresh fruit.

1 1/2 t corn syrup               3 t vinegar
3 t cornstarch                   3 t baking soda
food colouring

mix all ingredients. Paint is ready to use right away, or can be 
placed in containers an let dry. Just use like regular watercolour 

1/4 t each food colour           3/4 c boiling water for each colour
1 T vinegar foreach colour       hard boiled eggs
(for marbled look, add 1 t vegetabe oil)

Mix all ingredients, and add eggs. Use a spoon to turn, and remove 
when desired colour is acheived.
